General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, wagering requirement, and applicable games.
• It may not be possible to claim another bonus while one bonus is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If you wish to withdraw your deposit amount before the specified wagering is completed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, hedging bets) is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program

The acr365 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Tiers are advanced through regular play. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at acr365's discretion.

Gaming Activity

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If any round is incomplete due to a technical error, acr365 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• If a connection is lost during gameplay, the session may be recovered; if recovery is not possible, the standard policy will apply.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits are set by the individual rules of each game.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using any kind of bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence.
• Using multiple accounts or another person's account to gain an advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Collaboration or syndicate betting with other players.
• Money laundering or any fraudulent activity.

Cricket Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted according to the rules set before the relevant match begins.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or the designated venue is changed, the policy for refunding or voiding bets will apply.
• Results will be considered final as announced by the official cricket governing bodies (ICC, BCB, BPL authority).
• If allegations of match-fixing or corruption arise, the related bets will be suspended and settled after investigation.
